Data sovereignty
Your data stays in Canada, under Canadian law.
Where your data physically sits determines whose courts can reach it. We keep ours here, and we will tell you exactly what runs where.
Where your data lives
Our shared hosting servers are located with a Montreal service provider that has been operating since 1996. Its parent company is Dutch, not American. Your websites, databases, email, and backups never leave the country, so they are never exposed to foreign disclosure orders like the US CLOUD Act.
We choose Canadian suppliers wherever a Canadian option exists — registrar, data centre, payments, and support. Where no Canadian equivalent exists we choose reputable European options.
Why it matters
Three practical consequences of hosting outside Canada that rarely appear in a provider's marketing.
Ask us what runs where.
If you need a written statement of data residency for a procurement or privacy review, we will give you one naming every supplier in the chain.
