Horde Webmail Login Issue Resolved

My apologies for the inconvenience today for users of Horde webmail. An unforeseen side effect of upgrading to PHP 5.6 last night was failed logins for users trying to access to that particular webmail client. I have done a quick patch this evening and everything should now be back in order.
