The SMTP issue we were experiencing after the Plesk upgrade has been resolved. It was caused by a strict TLS cipher setting I applied after the upgrade, and was not related to the upgrade itself.
Take a moment to log into Plesk and have a look around. Plesk 18 is a real improvement, and PHP 7.4 became an option last night as well.
